EXCHANGE, RETURN & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Exchange Policy

At Antonio Vicci, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must remain intact.

  • A valid purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange, return, or claim.

Return Policy

Antonio Vicci does not offer refunds on purchases. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before confirming a purchase.

In cases where a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers may contact our customer support team for assistance. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Online Order Cancellation

Customers may request the cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the Exchange Policy outlined above.

Shipment confirmation and delivery updates will be shared with customers once the order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation by Antonio Vicci

Antonio Vicci reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock shortages

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Operational or logistical issues beyond our control

If an order is canceled by Antonio Vicci, the customer will be informed accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To facilitate the review process, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging. Antonio Vicci reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving an exchange or replacement.
